Christine Deis
Christine Deis focuses her practice on insurance litigation and related matters. She represents policyholders in a variety of insurance matters, including property, travel, life, and bad faith litigation. She has litigated cases throughout Florida in state and federal courts and has experience litigating cases from inception through trial and appeal.
Christine understands the impact a denied or underpaid insurance claim has on a policyholder’s day-to-day life and strives to provide her clients with a litigation strategy based on their personal circumstances. Christine also has extensive experience litigating bad faith matters, which provided her insight into how insurance companies adjust claims and what tricks they use to deny or underpay valid claims. This knowledge is key to developing an effective litigation strategy.
In her free time, Christine enjoys volunteering at animal rescues, gardening, reading, and spending time with her two cats, Charley & Ava.
