Kyle Wilhelm Overview
Kyle received his initial experience as a law clerk working at a firm specializing in cybersecurity and intellectual property, specifically trademark registration and infringement. From there, he used his affinity for transactional law and moved into a position helping set up small businesses, which included filing and preparing entity formation paperwork, registering trademarks, preparing employee handbooks, handling contract negotiations for commercial leases, and preparing employment contracts.
Kyle transitioned to a national defense firm working with a team that specialized in third-party insurance defense. While at this firm, he represented clients in a variety of heavily litigated matters ranging from complex tort litigation to personal injury arising out of medical malpractice, negligence, and premises liability. In addition, Kyle also has significant experience handling labor disputes including workplace harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims.
Kyle has since moved into prosecuting claims on behalf of insureds and assignees in order to collect fair compensation on their behalf.
