Nicholas LaFountain Overview
Nicholas LaFountain began his career as an insurance adjuster working for large insurance corporations. During this time, he handled bodily injury claims resulting from serious auto, truck, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents as well as premises liability, slip and falls, dog bites and product liability cases. Now, as a practicing personal injury & insurance dispute attorney, Nicholas brings 12 years of insurance experience on top of his legal experience to work for you.
Areas of Practice
Nicholas is licensed to practice law in all Florida Courts as well as the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In addition, Nicholas is accredited by the United States Veterans Administration to handle all veteran’s disability cases.
Nicholas received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida. After several years working for insurance companies as an adjuster, Nicholas attended law school, receiving his juris doctorate from Barry University School of Law in Orlando Florida.
Nicholas has lived in Florida since he was seventeen years old. After high school, Nicholas joined the United States Marine Corps and served proudly in Operation Desert Shield/Storm. As a result of an injury while serving, Nicholas was medically retired.
