Laina Moyer, Esq.

Education

Laina earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While completing her legal education, Laina worked full-time as a litigation paralegal, a role she held from her final year at UCF through law school and up until admission to the Florida Bar. This practical experience has equipped her with a strong foundation in litigation procedures and client advocacy, which she brings to every case she handles.

Personal

A native Floridian, Laina was born in Tampa and raised in North Central Florida before settling in Orlando, where she currently resides. Outside of her legal practice, she is a classically trained percussionist and enjoys playing the drums, keyboard, and ukulele. In her free time, Laina enjoys reading, exploring nature with her dog, and attending live music events.
