Auto Accident or Personal Injury Claims: Malik Law P.A. also handles all types of auto accident and personal injury claims. This includes people that are injured as a result of a car, truck, or motorcycle accident. Personal Injury claims also includes dog bite claims and claims involving injury caused at someone else’s property. We strive to ensure that each claim is handled personally and to ensure that the claim is settled for the best possible value to our clients. Furthermore, we ensure that if an insurance company is not paying full value of the claim that litigation is pursued to ensure that the insurance company understands that we will pursue them in Court if they fail to act in the appropriate manner.
Criminal Defense: Having worked at the State Attorneys Office in Orlando prosecuting various criminal cases, I now represent individuals that have been charged with a criminal offense in the State of Florida. These types of charges include felony, misdemeanor and traffic charges you may be facing. Let’s be honest, I am sure all of you hope to never need me for this type of situation but just in case something happens, please know I am here to assist you. Business Disputes/ Breach of Contract Claims: I also handle various types of business disputes. This usually involves some type of breach of contract issue. Having been a litigator for my whole career I am familiar with all the litigation tactics and procedures used in Court.
